Nebula Destroyer Privacy Policy
Summary
Nebula Destroyer is an account-free arcade game: no TEZCATT registration or sign-in is required for offline gameplay. The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, camera or advertising ID permissions and does not bundle an advertising SDK. The Android app includes Google Play Games Services, whose SDK data practices are described below.
Information stored on your device
The game stores gameplay progress, earned credits, ship upgrades, settings and local callsign or score entries in the app's private local storage. This information is used to resume your game and is not sent to TEZCATT by the current account-free release. Removing the app or clearing its app data removes these local records.
Purchases
Google Play processes any in-app purchase. When purchase verification is enabled, the app sends its package name, product identifier, purchase token and a randomly generated installation identifier over HTTPS to TEZCATT's verification service. The installation identifier is created by the app, not taken from your advertising ID or device hardware, and is used to prevent a credit purchase from being delivered to multiple installations. The app also checks purchase status to handle refunds and revocations. Clearing app data removes the local installation identifier and receipts; consumed credit packs are not restored as a new purchase.
The service verifies purchases with Google Play, and stores hashes of purchase tokens and installation identifiers alongside product identifiers, test-purchase status and delivery, finalization and revocation timestamps. Raw purchase tokens are used for Google verification but are not stored in TEZCATT's purchase ledger. TEZCATT does not receive or store your payment-card number. Device-held purchase receipts are excluded from Saved Games payloads. Local storage alone is never treated as proof of a real-money purchase.
The verification service runs on TEZCATT's existing Render-hosted infrastructure. Network requests also expose information necessary to operate the connection, such as the requesting IP address, to the hosting provider. A bounded reviewer-access code, when used, is sent to the same service to authorize a temporary review session; it does not create a purchase or a lasting paid entitlement.
Optional Google Play Games and Saved Games
The Android app initializes the Google Play Games Services SDK at startup. Platform authentication may occur automatically according to your Google Play Games settings; it is not limited to pressing the game's Connect button. No TEZCATT account is required, and declining or losing access to Play Games does not block local gameplay. Google handles its platform profile and authentication under Google's privacy policy.
Google documents SDK analytics and diagnostics collected automatically to improve SDK stability and its products, as well as gamer identity such as a gamertag and avatar when a Games account is created or updated. See Google's Play Games Services data disclosure. These SDK practices are distinct from TEZCATT's purchase-verification service.
When Saved Games is configured and the platform is authenticated, the Android app can automatically load a cloud save at startup and synchronize progress after local saves. The payload includes game progress, credits, owned ship IDs, upgrades, equipped ship, selected language and control settings, save revision and modification time. It excludes passwords, TEZCATT account credentials and purchase tokens. Ship IDs in cloud data do not grant paid-ship entitlements: purchases are verified separately. The game retains a local save for offline play. Saved Games is not available until the Play Games project is configured for the distributed release.
Sharing, retention and children
TEZCATT does not sell or rent Nebula Destroyer gameplay data. Device saves remain local except for enabled cloud synchronization described above; Google Play Games SDK telemetry is a separate data flow. The game does not create a TEZCATT account. You can manage platform sign-in and delete Google-held game data through Google Play Games and Google account controls. For requests concerning TEZCATT purchase-verification records, contact the support address below; records needed for transaction security or legal obligations may need to be retained. The game is intended for teens 13 and older and adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Request deletion of game data
No TEZCATT game account is created. To remove device-only progress and settings, clear Nebula Destroyer's app data in Android settings. This also removes local receipts and the installation identifier; consumed credit packs are not restored as new purchases.
To delete Google-held game progress, use Google Play Games settings to delete Nebula Destroyer's game data, or use your Google account's data controls. Google manages its account, SDK and transaction records under its own policies.
To request deletion of TEZCATT purchase-verification records, email chrisbarrera@tezcatt.com with the subject “Nebula Destroyer data deletion.” Identify the game and the purchase record you want removed; do not send a password, payment-card details or a service-account credential. We may ask for information needed to locate the record and verify that the request is yours. Gameplay saves are not held by TEZCATT.
Purchase-verification records contain product identifiers, hashed purchase and installation identifiers, test-purchase status and transaction timestamps. Records needed for fraud prevention, transaction integrity or legal obligations may be retained rather than deleted; we will explain any applicable retention when responding. There is no automatic 90-day deletion promise.
Changes and contact
